This policy explains what Suerken Law, PLLC collects through suerkenlaw.com, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website. It does not describe our duties to clients, which are governed by the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct and are considerably stricter than anything below.
If you submit the case review form, you provide your name, phone number, the type of incident, and the location. If you call, text, email or message us on social media, we receive whatever you choose to include.
Please do not send confidential details of your case through a web form before we have agreed to represent you.
Our hosting provider records standard server data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamps, for security and reliability.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We do not control what Google does with it.
To respond to you, to evaluate whether we can help with your matter, to run a conflicts check, and to keep the site working and secure. That is all.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Only with service providers who operate the site and our communications on our behalf and are obliged to protect it; when you ask us to; or when the law or a court requires it.
Contacting us through this site, by phone, or by email does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only when we both sign a written representation agreement. Until then, information you send may not be protected as confidential, and we may already represent someone with interests adverse to yours.
Do not rely on this website to protect a legal deadline. Texas injury claims have strict deadlines, and some claims involving government entities require written notice in as little as 90 days. If your deadline is close, call 713-600-6233.
If you give us your phone number, we may contact you by phone or text about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time; that will not affect our ability to reach you by phone.
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and residents of some other states have comparable rights. Write to us at the address below and we will respond as the law requires.
Note that where information has become part of a client file, our professional and ethical obligations to retain it may override a deletion request.
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted here, but no website or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
