Anyone who has been hurt should be able to read this site and reach us, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, screen magnification or voice control. Esta página en español.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. In practice, that means:
- Images have text descriptions, and every form field has a label.
- Every link, menu, form and the chat can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- A “Skip to main content” link lets keyboard and screen-reader users go straight past the menu.
- Text colors meet the AA contrast standard against their backgrounds.
- Pages reflow on small screens and when you zoom in, without cutting off content.
- Animation is turned off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Most of the site is available in both English and Spanish.
Ongoing work
We check the site when we add or change pages. Some content may still fall short of the standard. If you find something that does not work for you, we want to know.
If something does not work for you
Call us at 713-600-6233 and tell us the page and the problem. We will get you the information another way and fix the page. You never need this website to reach us: a phone call works for everything, including a free case review, in English or Spanish.
Every day you wait, evidence disappears and the insurer gets ahead. One free call. Straight answers about your case — in English or Spanish. If you need a fighter, you'll have one, from the first call to the last check.
